The Dead Empire
The last, dreaming remnants of the once great Valinorius, this is now a rough coalition of three feuding kingdoms.
Ruled over by the Metatron, who is the Voice of the Dead Emporer in Khymyr. The Rebel Kingdom theoretically stands in opposition to the Voice, in practice they are a vassal kingdom and make an annual tribute of slaves and drugs to Khymyr. Far to the south is the dreaming Kingdom of Dwyr, ruled over by the Silent King.
